SHIPPING RATES
We strive to keep shipping costs affordable while ensuring premium handling for your wall art.
- Standard Shipping: PKR 500 (Flat rate across Pakistan).
- Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 10,000 qualify for FREE delivery.

DELIVERY TIME
- Nationwide Delivery: We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.
- Estimated Time: 3 to 5 working days.
- Order Processing: Since our stock is ready and available, we generally dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation.

COURIER PARTNERS
To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we partner with Pakistan's most trusted logistics services, including TCS, Leopards, Trax, BlueEx, and M&P (managed via ORIO Technologies).

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) & ADVANCE PAYMENTS
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. However, to ensure security for larger orders, the following rules apply:
- Orders under PKR 10,000: Full Cash on Delivery is available.
- Orders above PKR 10,000: A small advance payment of PKR 1,500 is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance can be paid via COD.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We primarily operate within Pakistan. However, we can arrange international delivery upon special request.
- Requirements: International orders require 100% advance payment (Product Price + Shipping Charges) via Bank Transfer.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.

DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING
We pack our metal and wood art with extreme care. However, if your item arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately so we can send a replacement free of charge.
