REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Dewaar.pk, we are committed to delivering premium quality luxury wall art. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: UNBOXING VIDEO To protect both our customers and our brand, we enforce a strict policy regarding damaged items.
- Video Proof Required: You MUST record a complete video while opening the parcel for the first time.
- What to Show: The video must clearly show the sealed package and the condition of the product inside.
- No Video, No Claim: Without this video proof, we cannot accept claims for damaged, broken or missing items.
DAMAGES & ISSUES (100% REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE) If your art arrives damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your Unboxing Video.
- Our Promise: We will send a replacement free of charge. You do not need to pay for shipping for damaged items.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS (CHANGE OF MIND) To be eligible for a return or exchange for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind), your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

- Ship It Back: If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse.

SHIPPING COSTS & REFUNDS
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for paying the courier charges to return the item to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective/Wrong Item: If the error is ours (wrong item or broken), we will handle all shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Once we inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (or via Bank Transfer) within 10 business days.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom Products: Personalized items (e.g., custom names or sizes made to order) cannot be returned.
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns on "Clearance" or "Final Sale" items.
